Our client a well-established company wish to hire a Construction Manager to join a project team in Paris, France.
Previous experience at managerial level is ideal.
Responsible for the management of the Project.
Day-to-day management of the project, including the site management team and the work of any subcontractors.
Responsible for budgeting, scheduling, setting performance requirements and specifying project objectives.
Managing project from civils and groundworks stages right through to client handover.
Effective communications and mechanisms for resolving conflicts.
Liaising with clients throughout the process on progress.
Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in a senior role. Third level degree.
Experience in Data Centres, energy projects, industrial and pharmaceutical projects.
Excellent communication skills (English language preferable, and or another language).
Must be IT proficient.
Must be flexible to travel to France.
