When we started in 2010 we had a clear vision of how we wanted to work with great candidates and clients. Since then we have crafted our own approach, disrupting the traditional labour hire environment for the better along the way.

Founded in 2010, we have developed a long-standing client base of local and international construction, pharmaceutical, logistics, commercial, events and utility companies.
OSS initially provided short-term, contract and permanent staff for the construction industry in Ireland. But we then quickly expanded into covering projects in the UK, with a particular focus on Scotland and have developed this offering significantly since those early days.
As our success and great reputation grew in the construction sector, we broadened our services into providing events staff for large and significant events in Ireland. We continue to carve out an exceptional reputation in this area and are always taking on new and exciting projects while continuously meeting the requirements of our current clients through the placement of our best people.
Our most recent sector is the manufacturing and industrial sector and we are developing and building great relationships with our clients and candidates in this area.

We are specialists in what we do and have built up a great team of expert recruitment consultants since we began in 2010.
We ensure that our recruitment team is made up of people with significant industry experience. Some of our recruiters have even previously worked with us in the field so they know exactly what a typical day is like and have first-hand experience of what skills and qualifications are required to match clients’ requirements.
