Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join our Payroll Department in our Head Office in Clondalkin, Co. Dublin. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.

Specific areas of responsibility:

Accurate & efficient processing of weekly payroll for a busy company
Processing of all payroll-related data on payroll system according to agreed payroll schedule, and revenue and welfare deadlines
Dealing with employee requests and queries directly & promptly
Prepare and process weekly payroll on our payroll package with a high standard of accuracy for UK & IRL payroll
Manually inputting timesheets
Excel workings
Preparing and sending out invoices to our clients on a weekly basis
Inputting invoices into Accounting Software
Working to internal deadlines when for payroll invoicing & reporting

Education and Experience:

Previous Payroll Experience essential
UK experience an advantage
Experience with working with Payroll software Brightpay preferable
Microsoft Office experience required
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Knowledge of SEO an advantage

A willingness to show flexibility on working hours, especially at peak payroll times
