OSS is currently hiring for our client, a Development company with a large portfolio of projects.

Construction Project Manager with 5+ years’ experience for large building development.

Working closely with the Construction Director
Delivery of projects on budget and to schedule
Planning and programming of works
Overseeing & organizing the various project workstreams to ensure successful project delivery.
Previous experience as a Site/Project Manager with proven ability to deliver development projects
Fully familiar with Health and Safety Construction regulations
The ability to communicate with Clients, Architects, Engineers, Councils is essential.
Computer literate and have proven experience in the preparation of progress reports and chairing site meetings.
